Perl

I am bioinformatician and I use Perl for all my scripting needs. I could have learned python, but I didn’t. This page is mainly an online depository for Perl tricks I have learned and some quick references to stuff I want to quickly look up. If it can be of help to you that would be great but it is not the main purpose of this part of my website.
